He was knowledgeable and had good sense of humor. He paced out the trip very nicely and allowed for stops & beer along the way. It was the highlight of my 8 days in Prague. I pointed out that my e-scooter had a wobbly rear wheel and he apologized over & over. I really thought that was very professional. Had I told him earlier, he would have swap bikes with.
